When do I need to upload the authorization statement to prove I have been authorized to publish the copyrighted work?
If the copyright holder is not the publisher of the copyrighted work, an authorization statement signed or sealed/chopped by the publisher stating the publisher has the authorization from the copyright holder to publish/use the copyrighted work, and the identification document of the publisher would be required.
