Why are some product URLs still valid online after complaints have been processed?
Product URLs may remain valid online in the following scenarios:
1) The complainant accepted the counter notice from the party being complained of;
2) Alibaba accepted the counter notice filed by the party being complained of;
3) The complainant has voluntarily withdrawn the complaint.
