There is no product image, or the product images have been deleted by the seller, but I believe the seller has infringed my design patent. How can I submit design patent complaint?
For design patent, it may constitute patent infringement only if the overall appearance of the product offered for sale is identical or similar with your design patent. If there is no product image posted under the product listing, we are unable to determine whether it constitutes patent infringement. If you believe it is infringing, you may try to do a test purchase of the corresponding product and compare it with your design patent. If the test-purchased product is identical with your design patent, please provide the design patent infringement analysis report and the test purchase order information, such as the transaction order number, photo(s) of the purchased product, etc.
