How to fill in the copyright holder of your copyrighted works?
It’s the document to prove that you enjoy the ownership regarding the publication(s) you submitted and claimed. There are mainly five types of copyright ownership document as below, and you could provide one of them when submitting the copyright information:
1. Book cover and book copyright page (for copyright ownership indicated on the books)(出版物本身(封面＋版权页）)
2. Copyright claim statement (issued by publishing house/press)(版权声明函(出版社或制作方出具）)
3. Publication contract (出版合同)
4. Authorization Letter of distributing and subscribing publication (发行征订委托书)
5. Statement issued by relevant association (协会证明)
