What are the requirements to prove patent infringement if we don’t a judicial or administrative decision?

If a comparison can be made and the infringement cannot be determined from the appearance, it may be necessary to do a test purchase so as to dismantle the product offered for sale and compare each technical features of the product with your patent. You may download a template of the utility model or invention patent infringement analysis report for reference to compare your utility model patent/invention patent with the product offered for sale from the utility model patent/invention patent complaint submission page (see screenshot below). All the information should be provided on basis of the report (see screenshot below).
