What is Test buy?
It refers to the scenario where a rights holder or an authorized third party did a test purchase of the product subject to complaint and determines that it is a counterfeit upon verification. In such scenario, a test buy report is required to be issued by the authenticating party and signed by the rights holder (for individual) or affixed with the seal/chop of the rights holder (for entity).
What is transaction order number? How to fill in this order number?
It’s the number of the order you have placed for test purchase of the product subject to complaint, which could be found on your order transaction record (see fig.1). Please fill in the correct order number of the product subject to complaint (see fig.2). If you placed several test purchase orders for different product listings, please submit each complaint separately and fill in the corresponding order number.

Do I need to find an independent third party, such as a judicial forensic institution, to do the test purchase of products?
If you have the capability of verification and the test buy report is credible, you could conduct test purchase and verification by yourself. Otherwise, an independent third party is recommended.
What information should be included in a test buy report?
It should include the following basic information:
1. Order number and product listings information, including product listing, order number and photo(s) of the purchased product.
2. Verification process, method(s) and reason(s).
