My trademark information has passed the verification, but why I cannot choose the trademark information to submit trademark complaints?
Due to the territorial nature of trademark rights, the protection for trademark rights is limited to the country/area where it is registered. According to the PRC Trademark Law, a trademark right registered in mainland China is required if you wish to protect your trademark in mainland China and file complaints against product listings on Taobao.com, Tmall.com, Tmall.hk and 1688.com. If you cannot choose the trademark information for complaint submission against product listings on these platforms, please check and ensure that you have submitted the trademark(s) registered in mainland China.
