What does judicial or administrative decisions refer to?
It refers to the documents that are issued by competent courts or administrative authorities (e.g. the Market Supervision and Administration Department) and determine that the products subject to complaint have infringed on your IP rights. When you choose this complaint reason, the corresponding judicial or administrative decision is required.What is the case number of judgment or decision? How to fill in this number?
The case number of judgment or decision case number is the one indicated on the upper right corner on the corresponding document of judicial or administrative decision (see fig.1). Please fill in this number at the “Judgment or decision case number” part accordingly (see fig.2).
