Why some infringing listings cannot pass the automatic system verification after I click “Verify listing(s)” button?

If the infringing listings cannot pass the verification, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Please check if the listings have been submitted for complaint and the previous complaint is still pending processing.

2. Please check if the infringing listings correspond to the selected platform.

3. Please check if you submit both product listings and store URL at the same time. If you wish to file complaints against both of them, please submit the complaints separately under the complaint types of “Product listing” and “Store front”.

4. Please check if you have submitted more than 300 listings.

5. Please check if the infringing listings are no longer available.

6. Please check if the format of the product listing is correct. You may click “View acceptable listing formats” button and check the format of the product listing based on the selected platform (see fig.1 & 2).
