My patent information has passed the verification, but why I cannot choose the patent information to submit patent complaints?
Due to the territorial nature of patent rights, the protection for patent rights is limited to the country/area where it is registered. According to the PRC Patent Law, a patent right registered in mainland China is required if you wish to protect your patent in mainland China and file complaints against product listings on Taobao.com, Tmall.com, Tmall.hk and 1688.com. If you cannot choose the patent information for complaint submission against product listings on these platforms, please check and ensure that you have submitted the patent(s) registered in mainland China.
