Dear Rights Holders,
In order to facilitate enhanced rights protection experiences, Alibaba's IPP Platform has simplified the complaint reasons used for trademark rights and copyrights on Taobao, Tmall, Tmall Global and 1688 platforms. After the simplification, the original 22 complaint reasons have been combined into 6 complaint reasons. Complaint reasons are more concise, allowing rights holders to quickly identify the most appropriate infringement basis and improve the ease of enforcement.
