When should I provide trademark renewal certificate?

1. The validity of a trademark registration is 10 years since the date of registration.. If your trademark registration remains valid, there is no need to provide the trademark renewal certificate.
2. If your trademark registration has renewed before the expiration date, please provide the trademark renewal certificate issued by Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the PRC. (see Fig. Sample of trademark renewal certificate)

Note:
1. Please provide a digital photo of the original trademark renewal certificate.
2. If the copy of trademark renewal certificate is in black and white, please affix the seal (entities) or signature (individuals) on the copy.
3. The 《商标续展申请受理通知书》(Notice of Acceptance of Trademark Renewal Application) could not be used as a valid document of trademark renewal certificate.
