When should I provide certificate of change of trademark registration?

1. If there is no change to your trademark registration, there is no need to provide any certificate of change of trademark registration.
2. If there is change to the trademark registration (registrant name, address or other registration information), please provide a copy of the certificate of change of trademark registration. (see Fig. Sample of certificate of change of trademark registration )
