How to fill in the name of the trademark you submitted?

Normally, there would be three types of trademark:
1. Word mark: Please fill in the word of the trademark.
2. Figurative mark: Please input the name of the trademark with suffix of figurative mark.
3. Combination mark : Please input the name of the trademark and describe the figurative mark.
