Upgraded Complaint-submission Page on Alibaba IPP Platform

1、在您提交的投诉链接验证通过后，被投诉的第一条链接的商品信息会默认展开，您可直接勾选侵权信息。

1.After the infringing listing url(s) have been verified, the product information of the first listing will be displayed by default. You can select any infringing content you identify.

2、您可以在该条链接下的左侧看到该条商品的所有信息，并可通过点击各模块上的方框，选中侵权的信息，同时您选中的侵权信息会自动在右侧展示。

2. You will see all the product information listed on the left, and you can click on the box (on the top right of each module) to select the infringing elements. Meanwhile the infringing elements will be automatically displayed on the bar on the right.

3、如您发现勾选的信息有误，可通过再次点击左侧被选中的方框进行取消。

3. You can click on the infringing elements you have selected to unselect them if you later believe the selection was not correct. (It will also be removed automatically from bar on the right.)

4、在您勾选了全部的侵权信息后，点击页面右侧的“确认并收起”按钮，将该条链接的商品信息收起；并可进行下一条链接侵权信息的勾选。

4. After you have selected all the infringing content, you can click on the “Confirm and hide" button (on the bottom right) to fold away the submission information for a listing. Then you can work on reporting infringements on other listings.

5、您可通过点击上方的商品链接实现对商品信息的展示及折叠。

5. You can choose to display or hide the product information by clicking on the product listing url (at the top of the page).

6、当您将所有投诉链接的侵权信息勾选并确认收起后，该条链接的状态会变成“已确认”，此时您仍可点击画笔图案进行再次编辑。

6. After you have selected all the infringing content and clicked on “Confirm and hide”, the status of the listing will change to "confirmed”, but you can still edit it by clicking on the pen icon.

7、当您确认所有投诉链接的侵权信息已确认且无误时，即可点击“提交”按钮，完成该条投诉的发起。

7. When you confirm that all infringing content from the listings have been selected properly, you can click the "Submit" button to submit the complaint.

8、请注意，如您未对任何投诉链接进行侵权信息的勾选与确认，则您需返回上一级对至少一条侵权信息进行确认。

8. Please note: If you didn’t select any infringing elements or verify any of the listing url(s), you won’t be able to submit your complaint. You need to return, select at least one infringing element of the listings and verify its url.

9、如您投诉的批量链接中有部分未确认侵权信息，您可选择继续提交（如图1），也可选择返回上一级对侵权信息进行确认（如图2）。

9. If you have only selected infringing elements on some of the listings, you can choose “Continue to submit” (as in Figure 1) or “Return and edit” (as in Figure 2) to select infringing elements.

10、如您确认投诉信息无误，则可点击“继续提交”完成该条投诉的发起。之后您可选择继续发起投诉，或查看提交的历史投诉记录。

10. If you have confirmed that the complaint content is correct, you can click on "Continue to Submit" to complete the submission. Then you can choose “Continue to initiate a complaint” to start another complaint, or “View complaint management” to check on the status of your complaints.
