In order to provide better intellectual property protection services to you, Alibaba will make adjustments to the intellectual property protection platform and migrate historical IP protection data as follows:
1. AliProtect® system (legal.alibaba.com) has been integrated into the IPP Platform since October 20th, 2016, and the integration shall complete on December 15th, 2018. Upon completion, AliProtect® system shall shut down on the same day. Users will no longer be able to log in and use the AliProtect® system from then on, and please visit seller center to enjoy our IP protection services.

2. The IP data recorded for available intellectual property Rights within 3 years before December 15th, 2018 will be migrated and maintained in the new system, and users can check and review the historical cases in IPP Platform.
3. For IP data recorded before September 1st, 2015 will be stored in our backend system. If you wish to have access to the historical data, please send a request to ipr@alibaba-inc.com
4.Every respondent still has only 3 times to respond to the case, but there is a time limit for filing each counter notification as follows: 3 business days for the first time. 30 business days respectively for the second and the third time. Remarks: You are advised to submit counter notifications within the above prescribed time limits, failing which counter notifications will be deemed to be unestablished and the right to submit the counter notification will be lost.
Please kindly pay close attention to the migration and make appropriate arrangements.
