When I register an Alibaba IPP platform account, why does it say my phone format is incorrect?
1. Please note that you are only required to enter a phone number when you choose the location as “Mainland China” and the identity category as “Individual”. Please check whether you have selected the correct location and identity category. If you are a citizen residing or enterprise registered in mainland China, please choose the location as “Mainland China”. If you are a citizen or enterprise outside mainland China, please choose the location as “Others”.2. If you choose the location as “Mainland China” and the identity category as “Individual”, please enter a valid mainland China cellphone number.
